Grey Goose Gourmet Pepper jellies made with fresh, simple and locally sourced ingredients. That is when the experimenting began! Thank you for supporting my business.

What began as a family obsession and ideal gift for anyone, a kitchen tradition after the pepper garden harvest, has evolved (quite quickly!) into Grey Goose Gourmet. After one-too-many eye rolling, jaw aching, goodness-filled, pepper jelly bites, I decided it would be a crime to not make my pepper jelly available to everyone! So far, in addition to Original and Hot, I have created thirteen new flavors (all with a little to a lot of bite). These pepper jellies are made, jarred, and labeled in small batches out of the owner's kitchen in Wayne, Maine. Fresh, simple, and locally bought and grown ingredients are used when they are available. When the harvest is ripe peppers out of our own family garden are used. When you buy our pepper jelly you are buying not only a delicious ingredient, but the transparency that the jelly was made in a clean, state certified kitchen, from fruits and vegetables that are used at their peak stage of ripeness with eco-friendly ingredients. Buying a jar from us is the single way we expand this small company. This allows us to continue making pepper jelly with simple ingredients for you and your friends to experience. Please tell us what you think of our jellies on our page. It is the simplest way to thank us and we greatly appreciate it. If you haven’t already, “like” this page to see the behind the scenes and into our company! Sandra Dwight-Barris

❤️ Cranberry Orange Clove is back!

One of my seasonal favorites, this pepper jelly is perfect for fall and the holidays. Cranberries, orange, and a touch of clove come together for a lovely blend of tart, citrusy, and warm spice, with just a little heat.

It’s now available on my website and will be with me at the remaining shows and festivals for the season, right through the holidays!

Perfect for holiday cheese boards, entertaining, or adding something special to your gift baskets. ❤️

Day two at Longfellow’s Greenhouses Fall Craft Show! 😊

Here’s Norman behind the pepper jelly table, with that good smile on his face and in good spirits! He may look a little serious, but those who know him know he’s quite the jokester. 😂

He’ll be here until 3 today, and there are still plenty of pepper jellies to choose from, including some seasonal favorites.

Stop by and say hello if you’re out and about! 🫑❤️

Day two at the Upcountry Artists Sugarloaf Homecoming Art Show! 🍂🎨

One of my favorite events of the year, right here in the base lodge on the mountain! There are over 100 Maine artisans here, and I thought I’d share a few photos of my neighbors surrounding my booth. So many talented folks all under one roof!

We’re here until 4 today, so if you’re out and about, come on up and enjoy a beautiful day at Sugarloaf! ❤️

Another big pepper harvest! 🌶️❤️

We’ve had an abundance of peppers this year — jalapeños, super chilies, habaneros and more. This is about my fourth harvest, and thankfully, there’s still more to come!

The potted plants at the top of the driveway have done especially well with all that afternoon sun and the heat from the black grow bags.

Norm caught me picking today — thankfully from a stool, because bending over for all that harvesting can be a real backbreaker! 😂

These peppers will make plenty of batches of Hot Pepper Jelly and Wicked Hot, so I should be set for quite a while. Homegrown peppers mean great flavor, plenty of supply, and a little savings, too! 🌶️

A little Bear Jam on toast for breakfast this morning! 🐻❤️

One of my grandsons enjoying one of his favorites. Bear is my most popular breakfast jelly — and the name comes from what’s inside: Blueberry, Elderberry, Apple & Raspberry.

I keep this one nice and mild, making it a favorite for the whole family. And of course, it’s pretty darn good with cream cheese or cheese, too! 😊

Some things really do stand the test of time! 🍎❤️

I bought this Peel-Away apple peeler at the Fryeburg Fair sometime in the late ’80s or early ’90s. It was being demonstrated, and I thought it was pretty clever, so I brought one home.

What I didn’t realize at the time was that I was buying a modern version of a very old kitchen gadget. Hand-cranked apple peelers have been around since the 1800s, and they’ve been making the job of peeling, coring and slicing apples easier for generations.

And here I am, all these years later, still using mine to make Norman an apple pie with those beautiful Macintosh apples from Kent’s Hill Orchards. 🍎🥧

Some things are just too good to replace! ❤️
