🌱Bundling up a massive amount of fresh locally grown rosemary to dry! Special thanks to Cynthia at Firelight Farm for hooking us up! Whenever possible we source and use local, fresh, organic ingredients in our baked goods! Last week we processed about 8 gallons worth of our homegrown organic jalapeños to use in our bread! 🌶️

🍪 Batching up some sourdough brown butter chocolate chip cookies!!! Pictures don’t do a bowl of 150 cookies justice. 😋 if you haven’t tried these yet you’ll have a chance soon! We delivered some today to Farmers' Gate Market and we’ll be delivering some to Christianson Farm tooorrow afternoon as well as we’ll have them available with bread and other goodies at our stand Saturday.

Fun fact: are you gluten sensitive?? Well if you are don’t be afraid to try this yummy sweet treat! As with every product we sell it is sourdough based gut friendly! We know first hand how hard it is to find yummy treat and good bread to eat with gluten sensitivities. Don’t be afraid to give ours a try! 🍞🍪
