We were in the mood for crab dip, but didn’t feel like going to the store for crab meat so we used Lion’s Mane in place of the crab meat. This dip would fool almost anyone into thinking it wasn’t crab meat, it’s THAT good!

It can be served on your favorite cracker, chip, or toasted baguette slices.
