Big cook coming soon. Be sure to be on the lookout. The Biser boys will be making up some of your favorite jerky soon. We have a big ride this weekend and a cook for Easter and then we are going to swing into action.

We have been on a vacation. With baseball and work and all we have going on. Time has slipped away from us. We have been taking trips and getting ready to get out riding but we are back. Next week we will be back st it and will have plenty of amazing jerky to go around. Only going to make regular and spicy this time. Maybe a small amount of bbq for that special person that loves it. So let us know what you want and of you want to purchase some. Going to make around 100 lbs. So get it while its here

Anyone at the jubilee tomorrow come by shacks-q and get some food. Nachos, pork, brisket, mac and cheese and a surprise ready around 12. Shack, rodger and the biz will be hard at it. Also come say hi and put in an order for some amazing biser boys jerky. We will be there all day long. Sorry that we will not have jerky on hand tomorrow. Baseball season has limited us right now . But we will be back at it. I do have spicy left for sale. Come support local.
