Meet Sunrise Coffee Blonde Ale and our Dessert of the Month: Black Velvet Cake. ☕🍫

Sunrise (5.2% ABV) brings together whole bean and cold-brew coffee, Madagascar vanilla beans, and milk sugar for a smooth, slightly sweet b**r that drinks more like a cup of cold brew.

One of the best things about Michaux is discovering something new. Sometimes it's a b**r. Sometimes it's the person behind the music.

Meet Ella Grace, joining us LIVE this Saturday night!

Ella is coming to us from Western Pennsylvania, but her connection to Michaux is a little closer to home.

She's the cousin of Josh, one of our taproom team members. And when Ella was visiting family over the Fourth of July, Dane had the chance to meet her at an event in Carroll Valley.

Now we're bringing her music to Waynesboro!

🎃🥃 You'll never taste this exact b**r again.

And that's the beauty of barrel aging.

When b**r spends time in a barrel, it takes on character from the wood and the spirits that lived there before it. Each barrel brings something different to the experience.

That's what makes Barrel Aged Dead Woman Hollow so special.

We started with our Imperial Pumpkin Ale, brewed with fresh, locally grown pumpkins roasted in-house, pumpkin spice, and vanilla beans.

Then we let time do its thing.

🥃 Over 13 months aging in rum and rye wh***ey barrels.

The two b**rs were then blended together, balancing the rich pumpkin and spice flavors with the unique character developed in each barrel.

The result? An 8.8% Imperial Pumpkin Ale with a flavor that's truly its own.

And here's the thing about barrel aging: even if we make it again, this exact combination of barrels, time, and flavor won't happen the same way twice.
