We hope everyone has a fun filled and safe weekend!!!
Just wanted to announce that this morning I made the 16th flavor of the truffles(round balls).
I gave away over 50 samples today and it was a 100% hit. I made these in milk, white and dark chocolate. I added a Premium Expresso powder to the main ingredients.
It is a great flavor.
Hope everyone has a great weekend and I look for more goodies to come.

Just wanted to drop a quick note on this Hump Day evening. If you would like chicken salad this Friday you have until midnight tonight to order it.
After this Friday we want be offering individual chicken salads until after the summer ends and school is back, for obvious reasons.
If you're having a party or event and need pounds we will still supply bulk.

Well we hope everybody has had a great and safe weekend.
Just wanted to show what first shift got done today before second shift starts!
We made the peppermint cream balls again. We also added the 13th, 14th and 15th flavor. We added Strawberry, Blueberry and Lemon. The Strawberry and Lemon are the best.
Hope everyone has a great Monday and I'll be out early giving away some samples.

Good Saturday evening to everyone!!
I've got to tell you about a friend of ours.
I called him from Augusta today and placed my order for late this afternoon on my way home.
Sarah and Beau who own Rolling Smoke have MASTERED ribs. This was my second order and these were better then the first.
It might be to late to get them tonight but I'd call to see when you can get some.
Great job guys, they were bone licking good and we will be back soon for more.

Good HOT Saturday afternoon to everyone!!!
I've been out already delivering chicken salad and treats.
Zoom in and check out this old treat, Irish Potatoes, enhanced tremendously. Zoom in and check out this mixed flavor 12 pack cream balls.
Before bed tonight we will have added 3 more flavors making a total of 12.
These are really good and I can't wait to officially release them for sale.

Good evening everyone, we hope you've had a great day!
I know it's getting late but I had to share a new creation Val has made.
Valerie took her #1 dessert Chocolate Eclaire and made a brand new dessert. It is really awesome.
It is made the following way!
Starts with a crushed Golden Oreo base.
Next is a cream cheese pudding layer.
Then a layer of strawberry pie filling.
Then whipped topping
Then topped with more golden trees crumbs with freeze dried crushed strawberries!!!
Attached is a picture of what it looks like!
Tomorrow morning the first 5 people I see and they ask me about this I'm going to give them a free piece.
People are going to like this a lot!
Val is calling it a , CRUNCHY STRAWBERRY DELIGHT!!!

I know it's late but I have to spread some good news!!
Just about 15 years ago I started making an old fashioned northern candy called Cinnamon Irish Potato candy. All these years I've made 200-300 every St. Patrick's Day and gave them away just to promote my candy making.
All this changed since the last St. PATRICK'S DAY when a young lady at Queensborough ask me if I could leave the cinnamon off!!!!
Well since St. Patrick's Day we have been working on that task.

As of tonight we have 11 flavors of cream balls and they are pretty awesome.
Tonight we've added 3 more flavors making it to 12 flavors total.
I've attached 4 seperate pictures of the trays tonight.
The new flavors are Pineapple, Peach and Cherry. The pineapple is awesome in all 3 chocolates.
Hope you can taste the pictures. Sorry for the late post but is an exciting addition to what we already do.
