Our outhouse has finally caved in. I would say this was close to being original for the farm. When we bought the farm, I remember going inside of it. We have so many projects we want and need to do on the farm, but I think rebuilding this may be added to that list.

It’s been awhile…

We won’t be having calves this year as we lost our bull last year. However, there is always new life popping up.

If you’ve never heard of them, here is a Killdeer bird.

Some info-
“The Killdeer (Charadrius vociferus) is a common, noisy shorebird known for its distinctive "kill-dee" call and two black breast bands, often found in human-modified habitats like fields, lawns, and gravel lots, not just coasts. They are famous for their "broken-wing" display, where they feign injury to lure predators away from their ground nests, and their chicks are precocial, able to run and feed themselves shortly after hatching.”

We get them every year in our driveway.
