We have over 250 dahlia plants to enjoy in the you-pick! What is your favorite dahlia variety or color? Personally, I'm a sucker for any ball type dahlias but my current favorite is Sylvia aka Maaran. It's a gorgeous orange color, perfect for Fall arrangements. It's super prolific and has strong stems. It also it a great tuber producer so it's easy to multiple your crop each season. Find it at the end of our first dahlia row at the you-pick.

Drop by anytime between 9am–6pm at our You Pick Farm (2900 Old Balsam Road Waynesville, NC) for the ultimate end-of-summer celebration Friday, Sept 4- Monday, Sept 7)
🍽️ Poppy Joe’s (9/4) and Broken Y BBQ (9/5, 9/6, & 9/7) food trucks set up starting at 11:00 am for lunch
☕Treat yourself and sip on coffee from Lucky Girl Coffee Truck set up from 9:00-2:00 on 9/5, 9/6, & 9/7.
🍎Visit Barber Orchards Fruit Stand, a short walk across the road for apples, produce, fresh cider, and our famous baked goods including turnover, apple cider donuts, pies, cookies, and more!
🌻Wander our flower fields, snap your perfect Insta-worthy pics in, and fill a you-pick cup with gorgeous blooms. The ✨PERFECT ✨ family and friend time and memory making before fall is here! You Pick Cups are $25! For guests in a group who are not picking, there is a $5 non picking fee per person ages 10 and up. At least one person per group needs to purchase a cup!

Introducing Linen zinnias at Pinnacle Farms!🌸

These are cactus style, double zinnias and are quite large in size. As the blooms age, they display more pink and peach hues. This is my first year growing them and they will definitely be returning next season.

Find them in our grab-and-go bouquets this week at Barber Orchards Fruit Stand in Waynesville.

We had an absolutely gorgeous sunset at my home field yesterday! 🌅🦋🌻

Did you know I have two separate flower fields? Most people know our you-pick but this field is at our house. It is not open to the public but this is where we grow and harvest all the flowers for our grab-and-go bouquets at Barber Orchards, our DIY buckets, weddings, and other custom orders. I have more flowers and more varieties at this field at the you-pick. We also have our hoophouse here. Where we grow all our early spring and late October flowers to protect them from the cold.

It's not always easy to maintain two fields but I'm thankful for a husband and two wonderful employees to help me keep it all going. 🫶
