Hello Hot Flash friends! Firstly we'd like to thank everyone who has come to the truck and supported us and liked our food and we are so grateful and so thankful to have met all of you and to have hopefully put a smile on your face at some point so thank you so much for your support. We have decided that this would be our last year in business as we have enjoyed ourselves immensely, but wish to pursue other interests, spend more time with family and our grandchildren and Miss Kelly has a MEGA garden she hasn't been able to do much in while the trucks been running. If you know anyone who's interested in purchasing our food trailer, I have put the link to the Facebook Marketplace listing below. Again we are so thankful and so grateful to you all for having been a part of this bucket list business that we've built. Here's to a great 2026. May God bless you all!

Stopped for lunch at our go-to place in the Adirondacks! Main Street Ice Cream Parlor never disappoints- Ms. Kelly is in heaven with her Butcher Block Barley Soup and Short Rib Sandwich! My chef salad was awesome too! If you're ever in this neck of the woods, make a point to stop. You'll love it!

Hello Hot Flash friends!! It's almost time for Food Truck season!! Due to the extra-crazy egg prices and inability to get eggs in volume, very shortly after starting we will be converting our menus away from breakfast burritos and towards regular burritos, quesadillas, and burrito bowls with special surprise menu items periodically. We will still have our tasty grilled tacos. Rest assured that every item will have Miss Kelly's special touch! We hate to do that but we can't in good conscience raise prices more to cover egg costs so we are trying something new. We look forward to seeing you out here. Well that's a wrap for us for 2024. Thank you to everyone who came out to the food truck, gave us great feedback, and enjoyed the food! We are excited to see you early in spring 2025 :-)
