First time attending Hoosier classic, it was amazing. A great weekend spent with friends and Sister.
Starting off with my Recorded Grades amazing results.

Misty Meadow Farm Rosemary 3yo/2f did incredible!
She was 3x2nd behind the 3x GCH and 1x RCH. Rosie had a rough kidding with 1 DOA doe kid and a Rotten Buck kid and didn’t came into milk well, she is milking the same as her first freshening(9 #). Hopefully next year she will freshen easily and milk to her potential.

Misty Meadow Farm S’mores (Rosemary full sister)was quite competitive. She is a 2yo/FF (475) days in milk so her production just doesn’t quite match her incredible frame.
2nd/11under Todd Biddle.
3rd/11 under Mark Baden.
5th/ 10 under Ed Jodlowski.

Misty Meadow Farm Tiramisu is a yearling FF who has done excellent this year.

Two are out off a very promising yearling, she is two weeks fresh and currently milking a gallon a day. Both are beautiful dairy does with long level top lines and rumps. Planned pedigree in photos.

The third is out of a 3yo/3ff very good milker.
She will make a good 4-H or homestead doe.

She is beautiful, very dairy with a great top line and rump.

Her dam does great in the show ring and is a great milker.

I’m a bit late with this introduction. Nymph had triplet doe kids on Feb 18th. They are doing great and are looking fancy. I have decided to keep two of them the third will be going to her new home today. I’m very excited for these girls futures. Nymph is doing great.

Misty Meadow Farms Rosemary x Can-ter Vine HWK Solar Eclipse

Rosemary was BJDIS as a dry yearling in 2024 and Reserve Champion as a 2yo FF at the Illinois State Fair in 2025.

Her daughter was 1st Place Sr Recorded Grade and went on to be Grand Champion earning her restricted leg at Illinois State Fair. Photo in comments.

Rosemary is due on the 27th. She is a very wide and level doe, she has a very well attached fore udder with great extension. Hopefully with a second freshening and higher production her rear udder will fill out.

Nymph is due February 17th!

Nymph is bred to Can-ter vine Hwk solar eclipse. Last year I got three beautiful bucks from this cross, hopefully Nymph is thinking pink this year as I have been waiting years for a doe kid. Nymph excels in general appearance being level and deep with good feet and legs, her udder is high and wide with good fore udder attachment. She has been 3x GCH and many ResGCH wins unfortunately she only has 1 leg towards her championship. 1st doe retained 2nd doe and buck reservations available.

Two bucks and a doe. Doe kid (Vera) will obviously be staying right here!
Very excited about these kids they are the first Toggenburg kids born on the farm. They are out of my seven year old doe Taylor Ridge Bailey x Taylor Ridge Fire Theodore. Hazel is looking good after taking a year break very excited to get her back in the show ring.
