Plaintain is currently out of season but I got some unripe ones. I will be included with the rice dishes if it ripens.

Hello Everyone
I hope you all are staying safe and warm. I just want to update everyone that I definitely miss cooking for you all. Time has not been my friend at all 😊. Work has been busy as usual. This is also my last semester for my Master in Public Health degree and most of my time is spent on my thesis/practicum. Graduation in May (yay!).

Due to lots of request, I will block off February 27th to accommodate people's request for lunch that day. I will post the menu this weekend.
