Roasted Hatch Chili Cheese Spread 😋😍
Delicious on its own... but has so much potential;
Perfect topping for your Tomato 🍅 Pie 🥧
Layered into your favorite Mexican Dip, Enchilada Pie, Jalapeño Popper Stuffing or Texas Trash Dip!
I'll be adding roasted corn, black olives and scallions to mine this evening.. then baking till warm and topping with Pico de gallo - feel free to spice yours up with fresh or jarred jalapeños 🌶
Can be frozen for later culinary adventures...

Just out of the oven, we have a Gluten-free Cranberry Pecan muffin made with our sweet valencia orange olive oil, and our regular muffin is a Blueberry & Walnut made with one of our mild evoos.
We still have a few of our Lemony Green Goddess Whipped Goat Cheese left as well 😋💓

This morning we have fresh made Gluten-free muffins: 🍋 Blueberry 🍋 Lemon using our Lemon Olive oil and our regular muffins is a fresh Orange 🍊 Pineapple 🍍 and Cranberry made with our Sweet Valencia Orange Olive Oil!
