We will be selling at the Mill Town Market in Canton on Thursdays beginning in mid-May. Thanks to budding entrepreneurs Harper and Hudson, we will be able to offer vegetables to pair with beef cuts. For now, it's planting season.

Saturday was date night at Sunburst Farms. Well, it was really date afternoon. We stopped working about 4 p.m. and got to spend about an hour visiting with family while watching Harper and Hudson in the pool.

If you get a craving for REALLY good beef, stop by my booth at the Historic Farmers Market between 8 a.m. and noon on Saturdays. There's often a crowd, and we engage in lively discussions on a variety of topics, sometimes even beef.

Just a quick reminder. Our freezer corn is ready, so I'll have to skip the Saturday market. (Ugh! I'd rather be selling, but the corn will be so good this winter.)
