🫐 As we close the gates on season 14, we want to thank all of you for supporting us another year. This season was one of the best, you all picked the field pretty clean for the first time ever. We are lucky to have such a loyal following!
Thank you to all of you who came today to help glean the field and provide for those in need, you all are awesome! We picked 63.85 pounds with 25 pounds going to the House of Bread and the rest to the Franklin Food Pantry. Thank you to Sue Plummer for organizing the gleaning again this year.
We also want to thank Ashley, Autumn, Booker and Gayle for all their help and hard work here at the farm. We appreciate them for taking good care of all of you when you visit. Without them we wouldn’t be able to do the U Pick.
We wish you all a wonderful year until we see you again next summer! 🫐

GLEANING DAY!

This morning is the last day for picking in 2026. We are open from 10 am to 12 noon.
Gleaning the field takes place from 1 - 3 pm.
We hope you can join us in this effort! Donated fruit is going to House of Bread and Franklin Food Pantry if we get enough. Many hands make light work! 🙂

🫐 Picking schedule change 🫐
Friday Canceled. Sunday will be the final day.

We had large crowds on Monday and Wednesday this week and a lot of berries were picked. Thank you to all who came out this week! The berries left need a couple of days to ripen. We are CANCELING Friday night hours.
Sunday hours are changing to 10 am to Noon.
Gleaning is taking place from 1 - 3 pm on Sunday.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. We hope you’ll come out Sunday morning for our last picking of 2026! If you’d like to glean but can’t make it from 1 - 3 pm you are welcome to come from 10 -12 and we will hold the berries for the gleaning group. Berries will be donated to House of Bread and the Franklin Food Pantry this year.
Berries are $4.75/pound, cash or check only.

🫐 If you’ve been putting off blueberry picking because of the heat, tonight is your night to come pick! We are open 6 pm - 9 pm tonight and Friday night. Our last day is this Sunday, July 26th 9 am - 1 pm with gleaning to follow (see gleaning post).
$4.75/ pound Cash or check only.
Please drive SLOWLY down our driveway and in the parking field. There are a lot of small children that come to the farm and can be hard to see, especially in the parking field. Thank you! 🫐

🫐 Gleaning the Field 🫐

If you’re not familiar with the term gleaning, it simply means going through a field and harvesting any remaining good fruit and vegetables after the main harvest.
We will once again this year partner with the Society of St. Andrew’s to glean our field and donate to local organizations. We are working with the House of Bread as one of the recipients.
We would love for any of our customers who are able to help to come on Sunday July 26th from 1:00 - 3:00 pm to glean our field. This will occur immediately after we close from our last picking session for this season ( 9:00 am - 1:00 pm). The more who come, the more we can donate to those in need of fresh fruit! If you have a son or daughter in need of service hours this is a great opportunity. Please consider helping us in this effort! 🫐

🫐Friday July 17th evening session canceled 🫐

We will be closed after this morning for a few days to allow the remaining berries to ripen. We will not be open this weekend. Next week will most likely be the last week for this season. We will post days and times for picking on Sunday. After that we will glean the field this year and that date will also be posted once it has been determined. We will supply the House of Bread again this year. The more pickers we get the more we can donate so we hope you will consider helping us in this effort!
