We moved this punk and put him in our cow pasture Saturday. Checked all the heifers and confirmed he bred them. That lasted ONE WHOLE day. He went thru the fence to get back to his heifers. So this morning we were up early workin the no climb. It’s always something with this crew. 🤦🏼‍♀️I guess he doesn’t like big girls!

We took this yesterday. Mama daughter and their 2 brand new calves. Thought this was a cool moment. Honeycomb was our first cow we ever purchased. I guess she started it all and Lady May is our first calf ever born here at Rocking R…..Full circle!

Bummed that we missed the sale this weekend. It’s always a good time with our longhorn friends and family. Congrats to everyone. Spent yesterday with Double Lucky’s Best Shot. He usually hates the camera and takes off but yesterday he was quite the supermodel. He looks more and more like his sire everyday. More flash and frost it seems. That’s one of my favorite things about these guys. We are excited about his potential.

Our favorite heifer with amazing horn and she breaks a tip! Over 60 at 2. Now she is 59 and some change at 25 months. Not to bad but still a bummer. We are just lucky we found the tip lol. So crazy!
