Well did a contest this weekend .I was able to pull off reserve grand champion
2nd in chicken
1st in ribs
3rd in brisket
Came home with some money . I still got a lot of work to do but I’ll take it . Keep grinding love the competition.

We cooked in weatherford at Barnyard Cookoff . It did not go as I would have liked But I enjoy it to much to give up I know I can cook just had a rough cook I guess .

I can not thank Mister Brisket enough for getting my order shipped out to me. I know this is a very busy time for them ....

Put in some work today knocked off the dust . I smoked a brisket ,pork burnt ends ,and bacon wrapped chicken bites .All turned out good brisket was a little over cooked for competition but for home was good tasted delicious.
