Wellllll, apparently The Latte Lasso woke up today and chose chaos. 😂🤦‍♀️

Just when I thought we were finally getting ahead, the water pump overheated, MELTED, started smoking, and nearly turned my coffee trailer into a bonfire. Thankfully, I got there just in time and caught it before things got really bad. 🙏

So now this cowgirl is replacing a water pump AGAIN and running on caffeine, prayers, and pure stubbornness. 😂🤠☕️

On a serious note, I thank God we are all safe and the trailer is still standing.

As for Thursday, I’m not 100% sure yet if we’ll be open while I get everything handled. Fingers crossed we’re good to go and I get to see all your smiling faces tomorrow! I’ll keep y’all posted. 🤎

Good morning, Latte Lasso family! 🤎☕️

First off, a HUGE thank you to everyone who came out and supported us this past week. Y’all truly make every early morning, every cup, and every busy day worth it, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of you. 🥹🤠

We’ve got a NEW weekly schedule starting this week, along with a brand-new fall menu that’ll be hanging around for the next TWO weeks! 🍂🎃☕️ We switched things up with some fun new coffee creations, Dirty Alanis, matcha, chai, Little Lasso kids drinks, and even a Mystery Lasso if you’re feeling adventurous. 👀✨

We’ll be back at 1725 Fort Worth Hwy, Weatherford, TX — next to Pinnacle Performance Care and we can’t wait to see all your beautiful, smiling faces Tuesday morning! 🤠☕️

We’ll be serving up all the good stuff from 9 AM–1 PM, so our trailer will not be at our regular spot today.

Since Thursdays have been a little slower lately, I’ve decided that starting today, Thursday hours will end at 1:00 PM. This change is for Thursdays only — the rest of my weekly hours will stay the same. 🤠

I want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who came out and supported me today. Every drink, every order, and every smiling face truly means more to me than y’all know. 🥹🤎

I hope everyone understands the little schedule adjustment. As a small business, sometimes we have to make changes that make the most sense, and I appreciate y’all continuing to ride along with me on this journey!

We’re gonna be runnin’ a little behind this mornin’. I’ve gotta get my boy to a doctor’s appointment first, then get him dropped back off at school before I can mosey on over to the trailer.

I’m hopin’ to be back and slingin’ coffee around 9:45–10:00 AM, maybe even a little sooner if everything goes smooth! 🤞🏼🐎

If anything changes and I can’t make it back by then, don’t you worry — I’ll keep y’all posted right here on the page.
