We took a lottle trip over the hill to Hayfork to treat The Watershed during their 10 hour training. We served 105 mouths the whole time.

We started at 7am with a snacky grab n go breakfast featuring donut holes from Glazed & Amazed and a full coffee bar.

Lunch was served with Turkey Caprese Sandwiches and our Classic Chicken Salad along with salad galore.

More snacks to follow all throughout the day.
Not many pics were taken but we do have these to share!

Office training take a toll on the brain. I feel as if we kept this group nurtured and happy.

Trinity River Catering provided food and lots

We framed all the pictures, set all the tables, designed centerpieces, handled floral and of corse the food!

La Joie bakery in Redding is fabulous and I highly recommended them for this event they delivered 7 dozen cases of Lemon tarts, Caramel Eclairs, Berry Tarts and Almond Cream Puffs. Amazing. Dessert pictured are credited to La Joie everything else Trinity River Catering. ❤️

This event was a pleasure and what an honor to treat this beautiful family during hard times.

More catering shenanigans over the weekend!

Pictured we have: Vanilla Bean celebration cake

"Italian Stalion" Sandos-Turkey, Fresh Mozzarella, Arugula, Tomato Pesto Aioli & Balsalmic Glaze on Ciabatta.

Greek Salad-Springy Greens, Tom's, Cukes, Feta, Purple Onion tossed in our House Balsalmic.

That was the best sandwich ive had in my life. Really trying to cut back on the portion control but this weekend made it hard!

I have recently been gifted an abundant amount of Meyer Lemons so....Lemon Curd will be on the menu! Lemon Curd & Blueberry Stuffed French Toast? Yes!!!!!

I am inspired to do.baked goods as well so come see what we have on display!

So excited to have these pop-ups back. Come enjoy the beautiful day. We have the patio cleaned up beautiful scenic river...spring is in the air!

Hey folks! We will be serving a St. Patrick's Day Inspired Brunch on Sunday 3/15 starting at 10 am til 2 pm at Indian Creek Lodge.

Reservations are highly encouraged we have a small space to work with for seating. Hopefully we will see some good weather to take advantage of outdoor seating! Spring is in the air!

This is a BYOB event we will have coffee & juice for beverages.

Come get your corned beef benedict and Corned Beef Pirozkis! Hoping to have baked goods on display as well if time allows.
