Catie’s Catering was honored to be part of the Court St. Inn Open House this past Friday!

To inspire guests and help them envision their own special day, the beautiful property was staged as if a wedding were taking place, complete with gorgeous flowers, a DJ, a photographer, and, of course, Catie’s Catering!

We were delighted to create an elegant charcuterie grazing table and a stunning two-tier wedding cake to help bring the vision to life. It was a pleasure to be part of such a special event and showcase the possibilities this beautiful venue has to offer.

🍅 **Life is pretty great when you can walk out to your own garden and pick a tomato right off the vine!** 🌿

Especially when that garden-fresh tomato ends up on a slice of Sunny Oak Sourdough Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Sourdough Bread.** 😋

I think I enjoy gardening just as much as I enjoy cooking—and one of my favorite things is bringing those fresh-from-the-garden vegetables and herbs into the dishes I make for **Catie’s Catering**.

There’s just something special about growing it, picking it, and then cooking with it. ❤️🌱🍅

**Garden to table… it doesn’t get much fresher than that!**

Looking for something lite and refreshing today at the Weaverville Certified Farmers' Market? My pasta salad is vegan and includes sun gold cherry tomatoes and cucumbers from our garden. This salad can be ordered on the side or along side our meatball sandwich.
