We are excited to be introducing this specialty Pilates class every Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30pm from now until the fall. Pilates uses both standing movement and floorwork to tap into the deep core muscles and create a full-body workout from the inside, out. This class is here for a limited time, so don't miss it! For over 3 years, you've been asking for this class, and it is finally here! We are excited to make history with Joplin's first-ever Xtreme Step class! This class combines loud, club-style music with the benefits of step aerobics for a sweat-dripping good time. Catch Xtreme Step on Wednesdays at 8:30pm, and Saturdays at 9am. While she is away, the amazing Karendi will be stepping in to cover Turn Up. 🫶We look forward to seeing that beautiful baby this summer, but y'all better get hyped cause you know the return of Katrina & Pound in the fall is going to be LEGENDARY.🔥
