How do South African sheep do in sub zero temperatures you ask?
With proper shelter,plenty of good hay, fresh water and a place for the little ones to warm up if they choose……. They are living their best life!

Despite the negative temperatures in Michigan my flock of Dorpers are thriving and growing by the day. The October lambs are solid and ready for new homes. The rams should be ready for breeding at 6 months of age which is coming up fast! PM me if you have any questions.

These twin cross rams have exceeded my expectations. They are 87 percent Dorper with the great grandma being a Suffolk cross.
They were born 9/30 and at just 90 days are already over 100 pounds.
If you are looking for a ram to add muscle, Weight, and get your meat lambs to the butcher faster, either of these boys can do the job. They will be ready to breed soon!
