Exciting news, everyone! There’s a new bread in town! Introducing… The Best Brioche Sandwich Bread! This loaf is the best of everything… softness, rich flavor, premium ingredients, 1/2 freshly milled organic flour… not to mention that the butter and egg enrichments keep it fresh for days! Give it a try this week along with Broccoli or Radish microgreens to top any sandwich as you would use lettuce.

Microgreens+dip=my toddler’s favorite part of dinner! I love how the tiny leaves of microgreens are so easy for little ones to eat and less intimidating than many vegetable offerings!

Hello hello! Here I am with our weekly menu update! Specials are on pause now until September, but we still have all your favorite breads, English Muffins, and this week’s microgreens- sunflower!! Sunflower microgreens are so different than others. They are have more substantial leaves, have a crunch to them, and a fun nutty flavor. They are also a multivitamin in a leaf- packed with plant-based protein, healthy fats, and high levels of vitamins A,B,C,D and E! Give them a try in anything from a stir fry to a smoothie!

Happy beautiful Sunday! I apologize for my late post this weekend- my family has been camping and we just returned :) but here is our wonderful menu for this week! Peach Cobbler Scones made with fresh local peaches -and 1/2 freshly milled flour- and another new microgreen- Arugula! If you love mature arugula, you will go crazy for this peppery yet delicate little plant!

Along the topic of busy summertime plans, I will be putting our weekly specials on pause until September after this week. So many out of town guests and trips throughout the rest of the month made that be a necessary temporary change. I apologize for any disappointment- bread and microgreens will continue to be available every Wednesday!

What if I told you that cinnamon rolls could actually be decadent AND a healthy breakfast? With 1/2 fresh milled flour, pasture raised eggs, and real butter, it’s definitely the best choice when it comes to sweet breakfast goodies! These jumbo rolls are fluffy, soft, filling, and absolutely delicious. ALSO- new microgreen flavor alert!!! We have kale this week! It’s crisp, sweet, and filled with even more nutrients than mature kale- with a far more delicate texture. Yum!
