Hidden gem in Montclair you NEED to try 👀🍜🍝
Pastaramen is serving Italian-Japanese fusion with handmade noodles, rich ramen broth poured from teapots, crispy calamari, creamy clams with focaccia, and an insanely good shrimp scampi.

The cucumber salata even reminded me of Singapore rojak 🥜✨ and the hanger steak carbonara at the end? SO worth ordering.

If you’re ever in Montclair, add this to your list ASAP.

Had one of the better Greek dinners we’ve found around here 🇬🇷✨ The dips were creamy perfection, the octopus was melt-in-your-mouth, lobster pasta was loaded, and the fishes? Fresh and buttery 🐟😍 A little on the pricey side… but totally worth the splurge.

Still dreaming about those melt-in-your-mouth beef short ribs 🤤 — seriously packed with flavor.
The army stew brought the heat and comfort, and those hand rolls? 👏 3 for $19 is a steal.
Fried chicken didn’t hit like the rest, but overall, vibes = ✅

Spain on a plate 🇪🇸✨ From a rich seafood stew 🥘 to crispy ham croquettes 🐖 and the ultimate fideuà 🍋🦑 — every bite was pure happiness. España, you’ve spoiled me!

Tried some Texan BBQ today 🤠 – it looked incredible on the plate, but the flavors really need the sauces to shine. Luckily, they’ve got plenty to choose from! 🌟🔥

Dinner at hit all the right notes 🔥
The fried chicken? Unreal — perfectly crispy outside, shockingly juicy inside (yes, even the breast!). The crispy pork belly had that golden skin snap and rich flavor that just melts.
Every bite brought the bold, punchy flavors you want from Korean-Thai fusion. A few misses (👀 ceviche), but the standouts more than made up for it.

Definitely worth the hype. 💯

Family, flavor, and tradition all on one table. 🇹🇷❤️
Lamb, grilled fish, Turkish dumpling (Manti) and a spread of meze – nothing brings people together like a Turkish feast.
Grateful for these moments and these meals.
