Hidden gem in Montclair you NEED to try 👀🍜🍝
Pastaramen is serving Italian-Japanese fusion with handmade noodles, rich ramen broth poured from teapots, crispy calamari, creamy clams with focaccia, and an insanely good shrimp scampi.
The cucumber salata even reminded me of Singapore rojak 🥜✨ and the hanger steak carbonara at the end? SO worth ordering.
