A couple flicks from this morning… and it’s only 2 PM. 🔥

Today, our team has already:

🍽️ Catered an event for 50 employees in Pittsburgh
🏭 Fed a PA factory — 20 meals
🏭 Fed another factory — 40 meals
🎬 Fed an entire movie production crew — 40 people with 15 different allergies & dietary specifications
🚚 Delivered 2,000+ fresh meals across 3 states
🏠 Completed 100+ home deliveries
📍 Stocked orders across 31 pickup locations

It’s a lot of work — we’ll be the first to admit it.

But we’re building something special, and we’re looking for great people who want to grow with us. 💪🥦

👨‍🍳 KITCHEN HELP

We’re looking for people with experience working in fast-paced, scratch kitchens.

If you can move with urgency, stay organized, work as part of a team, and take pride in producing high-quality food from scratch — we want to hear from you.

🍽️ CATERING HELP

We’re also looking for catering help Monday–Friday to assist with deliveries, setup, service, events, and everything that goes into executing our growing catering operation.

🔥 TWO MORE EVENTS IN THE BOOKS TODAY!! 🔥

What a day for the EzFresh Catering team! 💪🥦🎉

Our first event was hosted right here at our Event Center for 40 guests celebrating a beautiful baby shower for a soon-to-arrive baby girl! 🎀👶

Our guests enjoyed:

🍗 Signature hand-breaded crispy chicken sliders with our scratch-made sauces
🧀 Scratch-made 6-cheese mac & cheese
🔥 BBQ pulled pork sliders
🍅 Grilled chicken caprese sliders
🍓 Assorted fresh fruit
🥦 Assorted fresh vegetables
🧀 Charcuterie board

And the highlight of the celebration… 🎂

Our pastry chef created a completely scratch-made Texas sheet cake — half vanilla, half chocolate — finished with homemade buttercream frosting!

We’re incredibly excited to now offer in-house baked goods and desserts for our catered events! 🙌

Then it was off to event #2 — a first birthday celebration! 🎈🎉

Anyone who works in the culinary world knows there’s one meal that can be more challenging than almost anything…

This week, we were tasked with putting together a high-end brunch, so naturally, we had to pull out ALL the stops. 🔥

🍳 Cold-Smoked Norwegian Salmon Benedict — over 100 eggs poached starting at 5 AM, scratch-made hollandaise, fresh dill & capers

🧇 Homemade Chicken & Waffles — and this one might just have to make its way onto our catering menu 👀

🥩 YOU WANT ONE OF THESE?! 🤤🔥

Check out these French Dips we made for lunch today! Our team absolutely CRUSHED these. 👏

And believe it or not… this is a TWO-DAY process.

We start with Angus Reserve Royal Round wet-aged beef, brined for 24 hours. From there, we let it come up to temp and slow roast it for 3–4 hours before flash cooling and letting it rest overnight.

The next day, we slice it fresh and serve it with our house-made au jus — made with root vegetables, roasted garlic, red wine, loads of fresh thyme and rosemary, then slowly reduced for 3 hours to build that deep, rich flavor. 🤌

Then it’s finally time to build:

🥖 Fresh hoagie rolls
🧄 House-made garlic butter
🧀 Aged provolone
🧅 Caramelized onions
🥩 Fresh-sliced slow-roasted beef
🔥 Toasted until hot, melty, and perfect
🥣 House-made au jus for dipping

At EzFresh, we don’t skip steps and we don’t skimp on ingredients.

Could we make it faster? Sure.
