Sell Single Estate Premium Greek Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Flavored Olive Oils and Olives.

The organic high phenolic extra virgin olive oils are made from the “royal” Koroneiki variety olive which provides a high level of antioxidants and polyphenols, known for boosting the immune system, and come from an organic family owned independent farm located near Sparta, Greece; an area with a history of over 3,000 years of olive cultivation. The fact that the olive oils come from a single estate helps ensure the quality of these oils. The Fyllikon First Harvest and Armonia high phenolic organic extra virgin olive oils are participating in a study by the Harvard University School of Public Health to see what the health benefits are of a Mediterranean based diet. While the Kalamon gourmet olives, and in a recent study by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens were found to have a very high level of phenolic compounds which have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardio-protective and neuroprotective properties. The farmer, George Sakellaropoulos, has been producing award winning superior quality extra virgin olive oil, flavored olive oil and table olives for many years and is the most awarded Greek olive producer, which is the main reason I chose to work with him. For me it is very important to know that I am bringing high quality products to the US. The other reason is that I have a personal relationship with the producer who is also from the same area of Greece my mother is, an area that I know well.
