I’m officially throwing my spatula into the ring with something you don’t see every day: Tempura-Battered Lobster Tail Corn Dog 🦞🌭

Crispy on the outside, juicy lobster on the inside, and topped off with a homemade dipping sauce that’ll knock your socks off! 🥢🔥

I’ve been working hard perfecting this, and it’s not your average tailgate food! Can’t wait to see the Blackstone crew and fellow griddlers creations let’s do this

Steak sandwiches on the Weber Grills using B&B Charcoal and seasoned with some Boars Night Out BBQ and added some Blues Hog to the bread. Then threw the back on the grill and thankfully had by Blackstone Products spatula handy lol.

Hahaah fun with Your Behind BBQ and The Kansas City Chiefs mascot KC Wolf at American Royal Association bbq comp! (I do not own right to this music) I still dream to cook for the The Kansas City Chiefs some day
