This is one of my go-to "I don't really want to cook but want something healthy and quick" dinners: pan seared salmon with steamed broccoli. So fast, so yummy, and most importantly delicious!!

More uses for pesto! This time Pesto salmon with a pesto sauce and steamed broccoli. Super easy if you have some pesto and salmon in your freezer and the sauce had 3 ingredients. Yum!

Homemade basil pesto with shrimp and penne. If you're a pesto lover you HAVE to make homemade pesto, it's miles better than anything store-bought. Plus you can freeze the leftover pesto!
