Knife Skills Classes + Something Big

Just a quick reminder—our Zwilling knife skills classes are happening this upcoming week (April 2nd & 3rd), and these are not your typical classes.
We’re bringing in a Zwilling chef from the Netherlands, and this is something we’re only able to do once or twice a year.
He’s fully booked the rest of the year, so this is a rare opportunity to learn directly from a true professional.
🔪 Zwilling Basic Knife Skills 101 (April 2nd & 3rd) – $107
Perfect if you want to build a strong foundation.
You’ll learn essential cuts, proper technique, and knife care—and you’ll go home with your own Zwilling Pro knife.
🔪 Zwilling Advanced Knife Skills (April 3rd) – $160
For those ready to level up.
More precision, efficiency, and refined technique—and you’ll go home with a Miyabi knife.

🔪 Cangshan Essentials Workshop (April 24th) – $85
