Eggs are restocked thevalleymerc. They are in different cartons cus I didn’t get the regular cartons ordered in time. But I know y’all need eggs 😉 So same great eggs just different carton. Don’t forget we have chicken and pork in The Valley Merc as well. Thanks for all your support.

Wanted to share this wonderful lunch from local producers. Spring mix, turnip and radish from Desert Stream Farm. I buy local and no worries about the explosive diarrhea issue in the big packers. I drizzled with a shrub from Fisk Farm Herbs. It was blackberry cardamom peppercorn flavor. And then we had cooked off a turkey for the busy show week, last week, and I am using up leftovers, so I used the rest of the Ogan Family Farm turkey breast. Perfect……light on this warm day, refreshing and now it’s time to get back out to work. A farmer’s work is never done.

All the hens sitting on clutches of eggs, the eggs are starting to hatch. I love how life finds a way. So far we have 10 baby chicks hatched by 2 hens.

Come on down to The Valley Merc for all your Independence Day goodies. We have all cuts of chicken…..legs, thighs, leg thigh quarters, whole breast, half’s, whole and even spatchcocked. Eggs are restocked too. Celebrate our nations 250th birthday by buying local and supporting our local artisan. Throw some chicken on the BBQ or we are gonna do some good ole fried chicken 🇺🇸
