We're excited to share that Grouse Malt House has expanded with a dedicated finished-goods warehouse!

This investment gives us the space to better organize inventory, improve shipping efficiency, and create additional capacity as we continue to grow. Most importantly, it helps us serve our customers with faster, more reliable fulfillment, while preparing for the future.

Grouse will be hosting a webinar and happy hour on February 26, the last Thursday of the month! All are welcome to join and chat with other brewers and maltsters. Our topic for this event is discussing yeast in gluten-free brewing: pros and cons of dry yeast and liquid yeast, nutrients, fermentation time, and repitching. Grouse COO Matt Bailey is hosting and brings years of brewing experience to the table.

A few weeks ago, the Grouse team trekked down to Golden, CO, to visit ahead of their 10th anniversary. It was so much fun to visit with their team, walk the production floor, and try some of their beers. Looking forward to more customer visits in 2026, and more great-tasting, gluten-free beer!
