3 stores.

And I already got my first YES. 😭

Today I started walking into NYC stores with PowerCrème in hand.

Store #1 — Pop Up Grocer:
They told me to apply online.

Store #2 — Mulberry Market:
YES. 🥹

Store #3 — Happier Grocery:
They took my samples.

And I’m standing here thinking…

Wait.

This is actually happening.

For almost two years I was building the product.

Then I spent 39 days talking about getting here.

And now I’m actually walking through NYC carrying PowerCrème, asking stores to take a chance on it.

And somebody said YES.

I know one store is just one store.

But you have to understand what that first yes feels like after all the work it took to even get something in my hands to sell.

Three stores down.

Seven more to go today.

PowerCrème is officially out in the world.

It’s happening. 🥄

Today is the day I stop talking about getting PowerCréme into stores…

and actually start walking into them.

I’m on my way to NYC right now with PowerCréme in the car, and the goal today is simple:

Walk into 10 stores.

Pitch the product.

Hand them samples.

Ask for the buyer.

Hear whatever answer I’m going to hear.

Yes.
No.
Maybe.
Come back later.

I have no idea how today is going to go.

I could walk into 10 stores and hear 10 no’s.

I could get one yes.

I could get completely ignored. 😂

But this is the part I’ve been building toward.

Production was exciting.

Today is the hustle.

So here we go.

10 stores.

PowerCréme in hand.

Let’s see how many NO’s it takes before the first YES. 🥄

DAY 38/39 — Thirty-eight days ago, I said I was going to show up every day until production.

Tomorrow is Day 39.

I actually did it.

And if you know me, that is a bigger deal than it probably sounds. 😂

I’ve never been good at sticking with challenges this long.

But this one survived airports, travel, low views, no comments, product problems, packaging changes, cottage cheese shortages, mistakes, rejections and real life.

And now tomorrow is production day.

The weirdest part?

I have absolutely no clue what tomorrow is actually going to look like.

I know PowerCréme is supposed to get made.

Beyond that… we’ll see. 😂

I don’t know what problems will come up.

I don’t know how I’ll feel when I see the first finished jar.

I don’t know if I’ll be calm, emotional, stressed or all three.

And honestly, I’m okay with that.

I’ve spent almost two years imagining this day.

Tomorrow I finally get to live it.

38 days down.

One more to go.

09/06/2026

DAY 37/39 — Two days from today.

PowerCréme goes into production.

And I don’t think I’ve fully processed what that actually means for my LIFE yet.

For almost two years, this has mostly been development.

Emails.

Samples.

Packaging.

Shelf-life tests.

Planning.

Talking about what I’m going to do.

Two days from today, I have actual inventory.

And then comes the part I haven’t lived yet:

Driving.

Cold-chain logistics.

Store visits.

Pitching.

Demos.

Samples.

Follow-ups.

Rejections.

Hopefully reorders.

And probably a LOT more driving. 😂

My day-to-day life is about to look different.

Two days from today isn’t just the day PowerCréme gets made.

It’s the line between building the idea…

and actually living the business.

I’ve said September 8 so many times that it stopped sounding real.

Now it’s two days away.

Nervous.

Excited.

And pretty sure I have no idea how much is about to change.

DAY 36/39 — 3 days until production… and apparently this is what launch prep looks like. 😂

Today I’m unpacking all the random little things I got for selling PowerCréme in NYC:

Ice packs.

Tablecloths for demos.

Mini cups.

Mini spoons.

And my cat helping, obviously. 😂

Also, some things are already getting cut:

The spoons I bought? Too big.

The small cooler? Too small.

But the cooler backpack? PERFECT.

I’m putting the PowerCréme logo on it and walking around NYC with PowerCréme on my back like a very committed dairy founder. 😂

And then there’s my newest piece of launch equipment:

A super cute pink folding wagon.

Because apparently I’m going to be hauling samples, supplies and demo stuff around New York in style.

And honestly, this is one of the moments that makes PowerCréme feel real in a different way.

Not laptop real.

Not sample real.

Actually getting-ready-to-sell-it real.

In 3 days the product gets made.

After that, it’s me, a cooler backpack, a pink wagon, and a whole lot of hustle.

09/04/2026

DAY 35/39 — I’m HOME.

After almost three weeks of traveling…

PowerCréme goes into production in FOUR DAYS. 😳

Apparently there is no transition period between “welcome home from Europe” and “go launch your food company.” 😂

I have jet lag, laundry and normal life waiting for me…

and four days to completely switch into launch mode.

Production logistics.

Frozen storage.

Portable freezer.

Business cards.

Stickers.

Sell sheets.

Demo banner.

Shelf-life testing after production.

Then figuring out exactly how I’m moving everything to NYC once the units are frozen enough to transport.

The current plan looks like:

September 8 → PRODUCTION.

Then home.

Then probably back to NYC around September 10–11 with PowerCréme in tow.

And then comes the part I’ve been talking about for 35 days:

Walking into stores and trying to get that FIRST YES.

For almost two years, September 8 felt far away.

Now it’s four days.

Am I completely ready?

Absolutely not. 😂

But we’re doing it anyway.

4 DAYS.

09/04/2026

DAY 34/39 — I’m flying home today…and the launch plan just changed again. 😂

I originally thought production would happen September 8 and we’d move the first 1,000 units to NYC right away.

Turns out they need time to freeze properly before transportation.

So now it looks like I’ll probably go home after production and head back to NYC around the 10th or 11th.

Because apparently even AFTER the product exists, the logistics still have logistics. 😂

Also:

I bought a portable freezer for the Tesla.

Yes. That is a real sentence.

Apparently I am now the kind of person who owns a car freezer so I can drive PowerCréme around NYC. 😂

And while I’ve been traveling, I’ve been getting the actual sales tools ready too:

Business cards.

Stickers.

Buyer sell sheet.

Demo banner.

All the little things I’m going to need when I start walking into stores and asking them to give PowerCréme a chance.

For almost two years I’ve been building the product.

Now I’m building everything around it that actually gets it SOLD.

Five days until production.

This is getting very real.

09/02/2026

DAY 33/39 — I’m six days from production…

and I genuinely do NOT feel ready. 😂

I’m still in Santorini.

Tomorrow I finally start heading home.

And meanwhile I still have a LOT of unanswered questions.

Frozen storage still needs to be fully locked down.

I still don’t completely know the logistics of moving everything where it needs to go.

We still have another shelf-life test AFTER production.

And I still have about a thousand questions about what happens the second those first 1,000 units actually exist.

For so long, September 8 felt far away.

Now it’s basically here.

And instead of feeling like:

“We’re ready.”

I feel more like:

“Wait… are we actually ready?” 😂

Production day doesn’t magically answer everything.

It creates a whole new list of questions.

And maybe the biggest one is:

What am I forgetting?

Excited? Absolutely.

Nervous? VERY.

Ready?

Apparently we’re going to find out. 😂

6 days until production.
