Today is the final day of the 55th Annual Lock Haven Regatta Foundation Labor Day Regatta.
Boat racing concludes today with action starting at 10 a.m. and continuing until mid afternoon.
The midway featuring food, games, music, carnival rides and much more on Water Street from Jay to Henderson streets will run from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Musical entertainment is from 1-8 p.m. on the Gary C. Tarr Memorial Stage at the corner of Jay and Water streets, Lock Haven.
Today's schedule:
• 1-2 p.m. – Youth Gone Wild
• 2-4 p.m. – Raising Kane
• 5:30-8 p.m. – Chris Woodward.

The Lock Haven Regatta Foundation is a 501 c3 organization and is always looking for new members. Please visit our website at lockhavenregattafoundation.org for more information on the many other events and activities we do to help support the greater Clinton County area.
In 2019, the Lock Haven Labor Day Regatta was named the best race site in the United States by the American Power Boat Association (APBA). The award, presented at the APBA end-of-year banquet, recognized the location for its overall race quality, atmosphere, and attendance.
This was the first time the Lock Haven Regatta received the “Best Site of the Year” award.
Lock Haven consistently hosts the largest powerboat race in the U.S., with boat counts exceeding 500 entries in some years.
Many teams treat this as a season-defining event in conjunction with the Delaware Valley Outboard Racing Association (DVORA) and the American Power Boat Association (APBA).
Labor Day weekend in Lock Haven is one of the biggest racing weekends of the year nationwide, and the entertainment, fun, excitement and great food concludes this year tonight at 8.

Clinton County Commissioner Angela Harding opened the 55th Annual Lock Haven Regatta Foundation Labor Day Regatta this morning at 10. Races have begun and all activities are open as scheduled until 10 p.m. today. The Regatta continues Sunday and Monday.
