The weaning process is over and the boys are back with us. It’s good hearing the sounds we’re used to again… the mooing, the feed truck rolling through, and every now and then one of them reminding himself why we don’t touch the electric fence. 🙈🖤

Added a few new family members to the farm yesterday and the dogs immediately had to go see what was going on 😍🖤

A lot of y’all know us from the cattle side of things…
but did you know we also make small-batch tallow products here on the farm? 🖤

Our tallow is made from our own Black Angus cattle, hand rendered by us, and turned into whipped tallow balms and skincare products right here at home.

What started as “let’s make something clean and useful for our own family” slowly turned into something we genuinely love sharing with others.

So yes… the same people raising cattle are also over here in the kitchen rendering tallow, testing recipes, labeling jars, and trying not to make a complete mess 😂

One of our customers, Greg Chmielewski Lorin Chmielewski , stopped to love on her new bull today… and honestly, this is the best compliment we could ever receive.

Good cattle aren’t just built right — they’re handled right.
Disposition matters around here just as much as performance.

When they’re raised with consistency, respect, and daily handling… even a bull can stand there soaking up scratches like a farm dog. 🐕 🖤

That calm temperament is exactly what we work for, because docility makes life safer, easier, and better for everyone involved.
