We still have the same time-tested recipes with the wonderful Weaver’s smoking tradition. While our packaging is changing, the flavor inside hasn’t changed a bit. We've introduced our new ring bologna packaging, and will be rolling out the rest of our products in the near future! Guess who's back... back again!

For all those who know and love him, we are happy to have Ryan back with us at Weaver's of Wellsville running the show.

We now have the #1 butcher on the east coast back under our wing. Winner of the 2026 Northeast Beef Promotion Initiative Best Butcher Competition, he beat competitors from multiple states with his fantastic knife skills, meat cutting and retail displays. His expertise not only helps us, but helps all of our wonderful customers ordering from our counters as well.

We are so thankful to have Ryan on our team at Weaver's, and can't wait to see what the future holds for him🔥

This past Tuesday & Wednesday, our team took to the butcher tables for two days of meat cutting and learning in partnership with the PA Beef Council. With hands-on instruction from meat scientist Sierra Anthony of Butcher Solutions LLC, our employees cut over 2,500lb of meat, learning nearly 30 different types of cuts.

We want to give a huge thank you to Sierra and the PA Beef Council for their time and giving us valuable knowledge in the beef industry.

When our employees get better, so does your experience in store. We hope that by offering these training days, our stores will be overall improved for our communities! Thank you for your continued support of your favorite local butcher shop, Weaver's of Wellsville!
