For this week's fresh roasts we have two fruity Ethiopians, a sweet caramely Guatemalan, and a bittersweet Organic Mexican. All four are considered medium roasts, with the Ethiopians on the lighter side of medium and the Guatemalan and Organic Mexican on the darker side of medium.

Today we roasted a batch of Brazilian beans at the request of one of our friend's/customer's! Let us know if you are interested in coffee beans from a specific region! We source the majority of our green coffee beans from Sweet Maria's. We like this company because they visit in person every coffee farm they purchase from.

We use an Aillio Bullet R1 V2 coffee roaster for all our roasts. The Bullet allows us to create custom roasting plans and produce your favorite coffee beans with consistency.
