Kegged Wife's Extra Emphatic Wit, Wife's Wit, and Farm supply Saison. Brewed Dérobé Amber Ale. That will finish up my Dead Yeast society contest beers

Made a new saison recipe today. Fermenter is full. Changed the temp from the low side of wit yeast range to the high side to help t he yeast eat as much sugar as possible. Its also the mid range of the saison yeast so it works out great. Just need to get all of those beers finished up to attemp getting an amber done before next years first contest

Added coffee and kegged Ipson Imperial Stout today. Came out at 11.9% has some mellowing out to do, but tastes fantastic so far

Rinsed all the empty bottles yesterday. Got those in the barn today and cleaned 4 kegs. I recently got my Germanfest keg back and it was only rinsed out so it needed cleaning. Have one keg left, but I may have a glass or two worth of some coffee stout left so i will see what I can get out of it first
