So, I have had sourdough starter for a few years. Never used it though. Stopped feeding it, threw it out cause I thought it was rotten and dead. I got more from my cousin a few months ago, been feeding it, but again never used it.
Well, today I got up the courage and I Baked!!
Made sourdough crackers and started a loaf! It'll be ready to bake tomorrow morning! I'm very proud of myself for conquering that fear.

We have a female goose!!! This is our second attempt at getting a female from a litter of goslings and out of 4 we thought we only had one, but weren't sure if it really was. It died though and all the other 3 seemed to be honking like males.
Well we finally got our answer in the form of a big fat egg!!!! I'm so happy!!!

Adam is looking for his eve. Does anyone have a female goose they're looking to rehome??
