🍉 Heartbreak for a small farming family 💔

We had one of these giant watermelons after supper last night and it was hands down, the BEST Watermelon of my life. 🍉 Stopped by for another one today and saw this sign (and all these beautiful melons!). It’s a shame the way people treat each other, especially our farmers. 12 watermelons STOLEN from honest, hard-working people. Shame on whoever did this.

Now let’s shine our light on this farming family and show them that they’re valuable in our community. Spread the word! Pick up some melons and squash this weekend!

🫐 U-Pick Update: We are no longer in “peak season” but we still have 8 long rows pumping out sweet, juicy berries! HOWEVER we are approaching the end of the season. A lot depends on the weather… and we aren’t certain what the berry patch will look like after the coming rain.
