This has been a busy weekend to the fullest. I would not trade it for nothing, I stay loving what I do! It’s crazy most of my customers this weekend all wanted similar stuff for the most part and I was not made about that 😂

YOoooOooooo! Catering this weekend! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED IN EXCELLENCE! Chef K and The KMac Team put in major work yesterday on a 300 guest reception/70th Birthday! Listen we was like the line is never ending 🤣🤣🤣🤣 We put in work! Thank God for a good team!
Special thanks to Dude and Tesha McLean for helping me with the loading up everything and making sure I’m good and working! I didn’t get pics of all the food. Mashed potatoes, smothered steak strips w/onions and peppers, baked chicken, green beans and Yams.
