There’s been an influx of people asking for an update so here it is… We’re in the final stretch of applying for our business license and health inspections. The city of St. Louis has a strict lengthy and costly process.

I’m very happy to share that Rock Star Tacos has graciously made some room for us to operate out of their kitchen to make our gourmet desserts for take-out. You can look forward to future collabs and exclusive items with Rock Star Tacos. It’s an honor and privilege for what they’re doing for us. We can’t be more thankful.

Tentatively, the target opening day for business is Cinco De Mayo but could get pushed back to June 1st. All depends on permitting. Still a lot to work out but that’s the update so far.
