Reiss Livestock is a family operation owned by Val, Donna, Garrett & Kylie Reiss and Dakota & Kinzie Reiss. Our goal is to raise top quality hogs and cattle that not only are competitive at every level, but are production oriented and perform.

Today and every day after will look a little different ‘round here! We are sad to be saying “see ya later!” to one of the best- Walker Eslinger!

Walker has worn many hats, and we owe a lot to him. It’s been our privilege to watch him grow into the incredible stockman and even better human over the years. Also, thank goodness his hair has evolved too. (IYKYK)

One of the best bonuses of having Walker, was that he added pretty awesome lady into our lives as well. But that also means they are off to great things- like moving to Colorado, starting their own herds and getting married!

We wish Walker and Haleigh all the best in their new adventure! And we are already counting down the days until AI kidding where we have conned him into coming back for a couple weeks. 😂

Introducing the new addition to the top end of our cow lineup, purchased from Laramie Priest tonight. Her mother, the Dave Strolberg Whizard cow, is on our short list of the best donors in America. We have bid on several of her daughters in the past, and her baldy Ain’t Bluffin from last year still haunts me. Thank you to Laramie for gathering such good genetics, we are excited that we finally have one out of the Strolberg Whizard!!!
