🕯️ Our Snowball Cookies and Pecan Tassies come from a passed down collection of recipes gathered from Amish and Mennonite kitchens — places where baking is slow, intentional, and rooted in tradition.

These cookies have been family favorites; baked in my own kitchen with the same respect they were created with long ago. 🎉📦🥧 A 3 day baking extravaganza for my customers was the best Thanksgiving week ever! From the endless rolls of cookie dough, to the adorable mini muffins, breads, pies and finally to the cutest delivery boy in the world, everything felt full of warmth and connection this year.
