They are so tiny! These 15,000 baby shrimp will be in the nursery for a month then split between our 7 tanks. Gonna be an exciting Spring-Summer for us!

We are expanding our operation to include a nursery! This will allow us to fully stock all 7 of our tanks, a first for us! The baby shrimp arrive next week, where they spend about a month growing in our nursery tank, before they are big enough to move 🦐

In the meantime, we have medium sized shrimp available this week!

Come out to the farm for online orders evenings and weekends or we can bring your order into town for drop off Monday-Saturday.

Did you know that shrimp are territorial? In some species, extremely so! Pacific Whites tend to be the most tolerant species, but as they grow in size they can become very possessive of their feed and even space.

One of our daily tasks is checking average shrimp size and removing giants like this guy so everyone can grow to market size. When you order our large size (15-19 count) you may find a free “cantankerous” sized shrimp or two in the pack as a bonus 😂

As always, we are available evenings and weekends at the farm for online order pick-up or we meet you with freshly harvested saltwater shrimp in Fayetteville Monday-Saturday.

We are just a short drive outside of Fayetteville for freshly harvested pickup or we can meet you in town with a batch harvested that day 🦐

If you are looking for something unique to add to your holiday party menu, this is it! We never use antibiotics or growth hormones typically seen in farmed shrimp and our little guys are harvested without any bycatch or damage to the sea floor. It’s a difference you can taste and a purchase you can feel good about 🤗
