We have one beef left going to Rattazzi's Locker Retail & Smokehouse on October 2nd. All of our other slots are full. You can purchase a 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef.

It's time to get your beef order reserved!
We have already received several calls and emails reserving beef from one of our local lockers and we don't want those of you who follow us on Facebook to miss out!
We have slots available at all 3 lockers, but don't wait to contact us. We charge $4.00/lb hanging weight for the beef. Customers are responsible for paying all processing fees directly to the locker at pick-up.
We have finished beef going to the locker on these dates:
October 2 - Rattazzi's Locker Retail & Smokehouse
October 8 - Mitchell Locker
October 9 - Chamberlain Locker

We moved replacement heifers to summer pasture this morning.

We moved the first group of pairs to summer pasture today on beautiful green grass on our rolling hills. While we are all worried about a drought with these warm temps and not much rain, it's nice to see things green for at least today.

Kolousek Farms is taking beef to Chamberlain Locker on March 27th. You can purchase a quarter, half or whole beef.
The beef is $3.50/lb hanging weight to us for the beef and you pay Chamberlain Locker for the processing.
