My family only sales top quality cattle with great marbling potential.

All cattle are grain feed until ready to process. We then partner with Diamond J in Brookhaven,Ms to cut and package all your meat. All meat except hamburger is vacuum sealed to keep your meat fresher longer.

So how does it work?

The following is how the billing process works and all weights discussed are an estimate as all calves weigh differently.

We feed the cattle to around 800 lbs and then take to animal to be slaughtered with most calves processing from 55-62% of live weight. The 55-62% is referred to as hanging weight. Therefore a 800 lb calf’s hanging weight should be around 496lbs. The customer pays based on hanging weight times the price per lb plus $1.25 processing fee. Price per lb can be requested by text message or by inboxing me on this page.

Whole calves are $4.60 and 1/2 a calf is $4.85 per lb plus processing.
