Etta lou Pepppy 'molly' she was my ring, my sweet hubby got her for me as a engagement present, we went to look at him a horse and i rode her, i knew withen second i had to have her, she wasnt forsale but he wasnt taking no for an answer, ive ridden alot of horses throughout the years that felt like work, just riding to get them rode, to get them finished and find them a jockey, she put the riding to ride back into my life, shes headstrong, and by far the hardest one to finish ive ever sat on, because she thinks she knows it all and she dont really wanna take direction, but i wont give up, and if she never makes a barrel horse atleast it was fun trying

Bet On King Leon, when we bred pep it was with every intention that the baby belong to my sister, on april fools day 2007 at 2 am we found ourselves with a crowning foal, and a mama that wasnt having anything to do with it, she just stood there, I remember my mama calling the vet and him telling her there wasnt time for him to get there, so we pulled him, that's probably why hes the last baby we have willing had, i honestly have ptsd from this 🤦🏽‍♀️, he sat for a while and she didnt never do much with him, so i did, and even tho hes the biggest butt hole ive ever met im glad i did, he has anxiety, really bad and trust issues, he hasnt made a clean pattern in months and his gate issues get worse every time we try, but as misunderstood as he is hes family, and we love him

High Brow Serena, 'Foxy' first time i sat on her she was 4 and i was 17, my uncle george had her, he said she didnt buck 15 minutes before i was thrown higher then the roof of his barn, 4 years later after uncle georges passing, she was sent to me to be sold, i was gonna buy her, until sarah spotted her, i patterned her, and i can honestly say she was easy to pattern, hard to run, it took me years to get sarah were she could jockey her correctly, then they was fire, sarah sold her when she quit riding and i always said i was gonna get my hands back on her, but i didnt think i would be buying her for lb, but i did, and its been the best decision ive made as far as buying a horse for my kid, shes taught her to step outta the routine of a barrel pattern and just ride, we just celebrated her 16th birthday and i can honestly say she will be laid to rest with this family
