This will be the final update of our progress 🥹 things are happening so fast and it's truly unbelievable. We will be closed the entirety of this week. However, you'll still be able to snag our goodies at all of our amazing partners!

All of our amazing new staff comes in this week and I'm so incredibly fortunate to have them. We couldn't do what we do or be what we are without them.

My beautiful amazing new kitchen is all set up and my ovens are all in place! A day that seemed so far away is finally here and I couldn't be more grateful.

None of this is possible without my amazing support system. Theyre the ones that show up to haul equipment, lay floor, haul out tools, clean equipmentand lend a hand when we need it most.

We are over the moon for our friends at Western and Whimsy Outfitters! They've worked so incredibly hard and deserve all the glory. Truly can't wait to celebrate with them 🎉

Greenville finally has an opening date & we could not be more excited!!! Ribbon ceremony starts at 11am & we will be open until 12a on the bar side & 8pm on the store side 👀❤️‍🔥🤠💃

Western & Whimsy will be open 7 days a week 11am-8pm & Tipsy Cowboy will be open Sunday through Thursday 11a-10p & Friday + Saturday 11a-12a 💃🏻

Each week we're closer and closer to being able to open our doors and share what we've been able to create. It's truly what dreams are made of. We're checking so many things off the to do list. This past week we got our floors professionally cleaned, the dining room staged (minus some pieces we just haven't brought up yet), electric fully done, market products are starting to float in, all miscellaneous plumbing is done and so much more.

This week you'll see some things happening on the outside! An extremely talented painter is coming out to paint our windows. I cannot wait to see what he creates. Our espresso machine is getting installed on Monday, we definitely need unlimited caffeine to cross the finish line 🤪. I have a meeting with a new vendor that I am so excited about and I cannot wait to have their products in the market.

We're pushing towards all final inspections and being able to move in! With moving out of our cozy bakery, we will have to close temporarily. So we will be closed this Saturday and all next week. I'll make another post to remind everyone later this week!
