I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to everyone for their ongoing support and affection for my small canning business. This summer, I will be taking a temporary hiatus from participating in craft events as usual..to nurture my garden, refine my canning skills, work on a newsletter and provide the highest quality home-canned goods to our valued customers. I will post updates on the garden's progress and the new products I'm developing, so please stay tuned for further information. I’ll be back to vending craft events in August, so keep checking back for event posting. 😊

Thursday night dinner!!! Found a package of Kings Hawaiian rolls in the freezer so I thought I’d make some shredded pork sliders for dinner. Made with locally sourced shredded pork and a pint of my Zesty Peach BBQ Sauce in a crockpot. Also had an idea for a side so I boiled two cups of rotini noodles, rinsed them in cold water and then added a half pint jar of my Roasted Corn Relish and about a cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

I want to recognize Bdelight LLC for their exceptional contributions. Their beautiful chocolates, pastries, and desserts showcase outstanding craftsmanship and artistry. I have been impressed by their delicate chocolates in the past, and the decadent cheesecake sample they provided, potentially a future menu item, was outstanding.
