We currently have 1/4 & 1/2 angus cross beef for sale. We charge $4.25/lb on the hanging weight + butcher fees(around $0.85/lb) not only are you supporting your local farmer, but you are getting some of the most flavorful & tender cuts of meat at that we have ever tasted. Quarters weigh apx 200lbs. fed a balanced diet of Grass Hay & grains. Meat is processed at our premium butcher(Gehring’s meat market in St. Lawrence ask the butcher about their smoked meats!)

There are many different options and variations that can be done. For example, some customers want stew meat. We can save from your hamburger or take it out of some chuck roasts. Some customers like to have patties made instead of all bulk hamburger. Some customers don't want their ribs or soup bones. The point is, Gehring’s can cut it to whatever combination preference you desire.
