We are currently searching for a full-time Marketing Administrative Associate.
At Country Maid, we believe we are BETTER TOGETHER, and we need your experience and enthusiasm as we continue to build our fun, innovative, creative team.
As the Marketing Administrative Associate, you’ll be the heart of the Marketing department, using your adaptable verbal and written communication skills to flex to achieve understanding based on the preferred communication style of the person you’re working with.
You'll provide order and organization and help to ensure projects are managed effectively. You'll have the tenacity and ability to work independently to avoid distractions and ensure projects get completed on time. Overall, you will utilize your general office and business knowledge to perform a wide variety of administrative duties essential to all members of the Marketing Department and Country Maid’s Marketing efforts.
This position will be located in the newly renovated Innovation Studio in West Bend, Iowa.
Here’s how you’ll have a positive impact:
· You’ll use your Associates degree in Business or a related field and your one year of professional experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) to work with the Graphic Designers, Product Line Managers, and department Manager to complete administrative and organizational tasks that further the company’s marketing goals.
· You’ll assist our internal and external customers by managing the inventory of marketing and promotional materials
· You’ll support our community by responding to CMI’s charitable giving requests
· You’ll utilize SalesForce, Asana, Teams, and Excel to ensure projects stay on time, within budget and provide communication to key stakeholders.
· You’ll complete special projects, including preparing and sending internal and external cards and mailings, maintenance of the Marketing file system, and others.
